It is hard to believe that 2015 is nearly over. This has been quite the year of change for me- personally, professionally, and educationally. From an education standpoint, I completed my classwork at Eastern University and have started my dissertation process focused to flourishing in the contact center. This is a relatively new concept and while there is a great deal of research focused to flourishing in our personal lives, flourishing in the workplace is not widely talked about, and definitely not a prevalent topic of research. This upcoming year will be a busy year focused to identifying participants for my study, spending time interviewing, and then analyzing the data and presenting my research to my dissertation committee.
While my dissertation is a primary consideration for me, it is not the only thing I am doing. I am still spending time with clients onsite to help identify what is working in organizations and what would help you to thrive even more. I also continue to conduct training classes in Coaching to WOW Relationships and Creating WOW Relationships so that you have defined behavioral standards that will assist your organization in achieving your organizational change initiatives.
As we move into the new year and you are thinking of your goals and planning your strategy, drop me an email and let me know if there is any way that I can assist you. Dialoguing with others is how change happens- existing ideas are challenged and new ideas are sparked. I am a resource available to help you sort out your thoughts and put a clear plan of action together. I hope 2016 holds great things in store for us all!
